My Practice
The word “charism” (pronounced “care-ism”) has its roots in the Greek language and means “favor” or “gift.” The foundation of my work at Charism Counseling Center is grounded in the belief that everyone is born with unique gifts and that experiences in life can interrupt, mask or dim these talents. My goal is to support clients in more fully recognizing and expressing their gifts free from the dramas, traumas and stressors of life. At Charism Counseling Center, I provide individual therapy for women, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ professionals—offering support to address anxiety and depression. I offer a safe, open and affirming space for clients to create greater understanding and awareness of themselves and their lives. I provide support to clients living in Illinois and Missouri.
