About Charism Counseling Center
Charism Counseling Center (pronounced “care-ism”) provides culturally- and trauma-informed care for women, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ professionals in Chicago, Illinois challenged by balancing personal and professional responsibilities. Owner and Lead Psychotherapist, Tiffany Green, is passionate about helping clients heal from anxiety and depression, as well as racial- and identity-based trauma. She specializes in assisting clients in managing symptoms associated with depression, anxiety and burnout. Charism Counseling Center provides a safe, open and affirming space for clients to create greater understanding and awareness.

General Bio
Tiffany provides care for women, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ professionals in Illinois. She offers affirming, culturally- and trauma-informed support to experienced clients, as well as those seeking therapy for the first time. She specializes in assisting clients with depression, anxiety, work-life balance, burnout and trauma. In her work, she utilizes psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic, attachment, spiritual and coaching interventions. She is also trained in Somatic Experiencing® and DARe (Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience). Tiffany has more than 20 years of experience working in for-profit, non-profit, hospital and private practice settings. She holds master’s degrees in counseling, divinity and business. She provides support for clients living in Illinois and Missouri. Her private practice is virtual and based in Chicago.
Burnout Focused Bio
After more than 20 years developing marketing, communications, fundraising and branding strategies for businesses and non-profit organizations, Tiffany experienced a health crisis caused by burnout that made her re-evaluate her career and the importance of work-life balance. Today, she is a coach and psychotherapist. She guides professional women and high-achievers through the process of finding a greater sense of clarity, balance and connection during professional transitions. She wakes-up each morning excited about her work and committed to supporting other women in feeling the same. She is passionate about helping women, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ professionals avoid burnout and lead healthy, grounded and more fulfilled lives. She currently lives in Chicago, Illinois.
