You can schedule your 15-minute phone consultation with me using the form below. Consultations are complimentary and designed to ensure I am the best match for your counseling needs at this time. If none of the dates/times provided will work with your schedule, contact me to coordinate another time to meet. 

Charism Counseling Center is a private-pay, online-only psychotherapy practice. Please review the following practices and policies before your consultation:

• • Online-Only Services – All psychotherapy sessions are provided exclusively online.
    

• • Private-Pay Practice — Charism Counseling Center is a private pay practice and does not accept insurance or participate in employer-sponsored therapy networks. Clients are responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of service. Clients may request a statement (superbill) to submit to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Clients are responsible for verifying benefits, reimbursement amounts and submission requirements directly with their insurance providers.

• • Fees – The initial intake session is $250 and each subsequent weekly or biweekly session is $225. Payment is due at the time of service. Credit cards and eligible FSA/HSA payments are accepted.
